Sadly Michael J is no longer with us. However, I believe the fellow in the photo is Cordy Milne. Cordy and his brother Jack were World Champion Speedway racers. After retiring from bike racing, they raced Singers and had a Singer dealership in Pasadena. The scantily clad lady in the photo is most likely Cordy’s wife Willis Marie Van Schaack, known professionally as Lili St. Cyr, a prominent American burlesque stripteaser. Cordy was the first of her 5 husbands.
I am not complaining, but mademoiselle appears seriously underdressed for the occasion.
