    Of course, those were the days when “You know the risks when you climb into the car.” And those who got seriously injured or killed had “made a mistake, and good drivers don’t make mistakes.” The denial was amazing. It was a different time. And we have Jackie Stewart, mostly, to thank for hastening its end.

    That hoop was probably put in to not screw up the aluminum belly pan. Do you cut holes in an original or leave the car in the museum?
